Misunderstandings about Mindsets

Carol Dweck has shown that developing a more strongly growth oriented mindset can have significant impact on student achievement. However in the rush to translate Dweck’s ideas into actionable, real life practice, we have seen many mis-interpretations and mis-adaptations of her work emerge.

The info-graphic below summarises and seeks to correct 7 of the biggest misunderstandings. Each of these is explored more fully in the Blog Series.
